REFURBISHED VALVES

In-house refurbishing is possible even when a valve is worn on the stem or has a pitted seat but is still in a decent condition at the cotter area.

Making use of a world class engineering facility such as SAC Engineering could see the valve be as good as a new one once again – but be warned – if this process is not tackled properly, the result could be a lack of engine power or mechanical failure.

The good news is that at SAC Engineering we have all the technology and expertise to properly refurbish most worn valves and even stem wear.

Looking for replacement valves?  There are numerous replacement valves for you to choose from and they range from cheap no name generic over the counter brands through to good quality OEM replacement items from the specific vehicle manufacturer.  The actual valve itself as you would know is almost identical in size and shape, but what can’t be seen with the naked eye is that the material composition and quality differs substantially.
